Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Crowned Mane Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by USPS or other carriers after shipment.

10. How long is the pre-order and shipping process?

After placing a pre-order, allow up to 3 weeks for processing the order, once the order is shipped out, you will be notified by text and email. A tracking number will be sent to you. Shipping takes 3-5 business days to deliver, depending on the carrier. Most times your package may be shipped out sooner! :)
