Crowned Mane Beauty Shipping Policy

All Crowned Mane Beauty products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Because of this, orders may require production time before shipping.

Processing & Production Time:
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your hair oil to be freshly made, infused, bottled, and packaged before shipment.

 

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

 

Pre-Orders:
If you place a pre-order, your order secures a spot in our current production batch. Pre-orders will ship once production is complete within the stated timeframe. Pre-Orders take up to 3-4 weeks.

 

Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please Note:
Crowned Mane Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances once the package leaves our facility.

Crowned Mane Beauty Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products being handmade, cosmetic, and for personal use, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns however, if you received the wrong order, please email or contact us so that we can fix it. If there is an issue on our behalf, we can fix the problem for you and offer a replacement or store credit.

However, if your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crownedmanebeauty25@yahoo.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will gladly resolve the problem.
